Low-Calorie Strawberry Yogurt Bites

Frozen yogurt just got a protein glow-up...

There’s nothing worse than suddenly craving something sweet but having nothing in the cupboards to satisfy it. These yogurt bites, or “yo-yo bites” as

likes to call them, provide that sweet hit while also being low calorie, low fat and high protein.

So next time you feel the onset of sweet cravings, head to the freezer for some yogurt bites that’ll immediately hit the spot, without jeopardizing your macros.

Plus, they’re made with just three ingredients and are ready in only four steps — that’s more than enough reason to give these a go.

Ingredients

  • 6 strawberries
  • 200 g 0% fat yogurt
  • 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein - Strawberry Cream

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt, protein powder, and strawberries to a mixing bowl.

  2. Using a handheld blender, blitz until smooth. 

  3. Line some baking paper on a tray (to prevent the yogurt bites from sticking) and spoon a tablespoon of the mixture for each yogurt bite.

  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
